Terms of Service

The service

Korean Power is a platform for controlling compatible smart power strips (MTTL-W01) via app and website. The service is provided "as is" and features may evolve with updates.

Account & subscription

Registration requires a real mobile number that you own. The Basic plan is free for one year (up to 15 strips). Paid plans are yearly only and renew via manual payment — there is no automatic charge.

Acceptable use

Devices connected to the strip must remain within its electrical specifications. The service must not be used for any unlawful purpose or to attack the platform.

Measurements & cost

Displayed consumption readings and costs are estimates for personal tracking — they are not official bills nor a substitute for the utility meter.

Payments & refunds

Payments are processed via Yalla Cash (Fawry/e-wallets/cards). An activated subscription is non-refundable after its term begins unless the service is defective on our side.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend violating accounts. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time by contacting support.
