Common issues & fixes

Strip won’t connect to Wi-Fi?

Make sure the network is 2.4GHz (not 5GHz), you’re near the router during setup, and the password is correct. Setup requires the Android app.

Strip shows "offline"?

Pull to refresh on the devices page. If it stays offline, check that power and Wi-Fi are up — the app shows the device’s last-seen time.

Not receiving notifications?

Check Android settings that notification permission is enabled for the app, and review notification preferences under Account.
