Data we collect

We collect your phone number and name to create your account, device data (strip and outlet names and states), consumption readings reported by the strip, notification and outage logs, and your FCM push token for delivering alerts.

How we use it

Data is used to operate the service: executing control commands, schedules and timers, computing consumption and estimated cost, and sending notifications. Your data is never used for unrelated purposes.

Data sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. Payment data is processed by our payment provider (Yalla Cash) under their standards — we only record the transaction status.

Security

Your data is protected with encrypted connections (HTTPS) and token authentication. Payment and push tokens are stored on our servers with restricted access.

Your rights

You can edit your data or delete your account by contacting support. Account deletion removes your personal data and device history.
